Qinoa Dill Carrot Salad :-)

Qinoa Dill Carrot Salad
all the measurements are estimated i just sort of threw it together :-)
Ingredients
2/3 cup cooked qinoa
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/3 cup cooked black-eyed peas
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoons chopped red onion (optional)
1 small clove garlic, minced (optional)
1 big dollop coconut oil
2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
celtic sea salt to taste

Mix everything together in a bowl and serve! YUM
